Management of Prudential's direct telesales operations. Focus on direct marketing, sales and contact centre operations across a range of Financial Services products.
- Manage and develop a telesales centre selling Prudential FSA regulated products direct via Sales Consultants (introducer status) and Financial Advisers (approved person status).
- Meet demanding sales targets - £1.2M-£1.7M APE per month across an 8 product mix.
- Develop from 7 to 11 sales teams with associated recruitment and infrastructure issues.
