“Thanks for your help again and we all really appreciate you helping us make NTL an enormous success. We could not be happier with the job you did for us and it was exactly what you hope to get from an interim manager. Thanks again and good luck.”

Find out what we have done for our clients

2nd December 2008

The Professional Planning Forum (PPF) is an independent industry body promoting effective resourcing and planning in the contact centre industry. Telecommerce have been associated with PPF since 2001. Following attendance at the 2008 PPF conference by Steve Pink — Managing Consultant of Telecommerce — we have taken up Gold Membership in recognition of our commitment to high quality planning and service delivery models within customer contact operations.

PPF are supplier-independent and work across all industry sectors to provide specialist support for contact centre professionals who take resource planning seriously.
This includes …
  • Promoting Best Practice through research, site visits and networking
  • Supporting the development of in-house planning teams by providing professional training and qualifications for analysts and specialists in these areas
  • Establishing better understanding and recognition within the industry for the role and contribution of planners
  • Offering year-round advice and support for members of the Planning Forum.

Planning and MI are complex and specialist skills, which have become fundamental to the success of today's contact centres. This requires formal training and accreditation, plus opportunities to share experience with other centres.

Steve Pink has been invited to join the Forum’s Strategy Network Group to discuss, monitor and provide leadership on the latest customer contact planning and resourcing initiatives.
